HOW IT WORKS

  • Customer downloads a free trial via the weblink or disc onto their network.
  • Customer chooses all passwords and encryption keys to ensure the highest level of privacy and security.
  • Customer sets a backup schedule that determines what data from the network will be stored and when the backup process will run.
  • At the scheduled time, selected data is processed, compressed and encrypted before transmittal.
  • Data is transmitted through the customers WAN to United Data Services' secure primary and secondary storage vaults.
  • During the trial United Data Services will email the customer a report detailing how many gigabytes of data the customer has and what the compression rate will be.
  • At the conclusion of the trial United Data Services will register all new account information and activate the customers account upon agreement.
  • Upon request, United Data Services will prepare a proposal designed for the customers network allowing them to select the best protection plan for their needs.

Data is maintained online for the customer to access any time they experience a loss due to human error, corrupted equipment, disasters, etc. United Data Services can assist the customer in managing their data on a monthly basis to ensure they are provided the most efficient and secure data storage possible.
